Randy Gage is Back in the Game!

Industry Icon and Triple Diamond Director Randy Gage "walks his talk" helping people build their dreams with Agel Enterprises

When noted MLM expert Randy Gage decided to get back into the game as a distributor, the industry waited breathlessly to see which program he would join. What most people didn’t know is that it was actually a two-year process for him, analyzing almost 100 companies.

Randy explains, “I was teaching people how to be successful in network marketing, so I had a certain reputation to uphold. If I joined a company and struggled, I’d look pretty foolish. So the criteria I was looking for was a strong management team, unique products that people bonded with instantly, proper capitalization, and a lucrative compensation plan. I didn’t want a company that had seen better days, but something fresh, where true wealth could be created.”

Once Randy found out about Agel, he made a decision to jump in very quickly. He relates, “I got on the next plane out and flew to the corporate headquarters. It was on the airplane ride there that I really put a pen and paper to the compensation plan. When I understood how the Leveraged Matching Bonus worked, it was the first of many sleepless nights!

I saw a well-balanced plan that was designed to reward the proper behavior— which is a huge part of creating strong duplication. I felt this was a plan that would produce bigger bonus checks faster for more people—and that has since been proven to be the case.”

Not only did Randy see bigger bonus checks, but he found that the plan was much more accessible to the average person. This was important because with his previous work in the industry, it would be a conflict of interest to contact the people he had been working with.

Says Randy, “I did this the building block way, talking to family, people I go to church with, and guys I play softball with. In fact, about 85% of the people I’ve introduced to Agel have never been in the business before, or had success with it. “People who said no to other companies are saying yes to Agel, and they are having success. That’s exciting!”

Randy believes that when you choose a company to work with, the product line is important, as well. “I got the product concept right away, and I was certain it would have traction in the marketplace,” he says. “When I tasted my first EXO gel pack, I knew that anyone who could make an antioxidant taste like that would be a multibillion-dollar company. And I knew the market of kids, elderly, and others who couldn’t take pills was enormous.

The Agel products are unique, exclusive, and highly consumable. And they have to be the sexiest product sample I’ve seen in 20 years in the business. The market demand for the Agel products is huge and getting bigger every day. Put that all together and you have a recipe for a successful business.”

Randy was well off when he started with Agel. But he was attracted to the residual income and quality of lifestyle that it could provide. In that sense, Agel has delivered well. Randy has over a million dollars a year in residual income from Agel with no boss, commute, employees, or time clocks to worry about. He lives in his dream home in Miami Beach, and wakes up each morning to a view of sailboats bobbing in the bay. He plays on four softball teams and arranges his schedule around the playoffs, tournaments and world series. He spends his summers traveling, and now has team members in about 30 countries.

Besides playing softball, his other passion is cars. Randy is one of the few people in the world who can exceed the $2,500 monthly car bonus he receives in the Agel compensation plan! He currently owns the new Corvette, a Dodge Viper GTS, a Bentley Continental GT, and a custom-built, one-ofa-kind Viper SRT, which has been modified to generate 730 horsepower. Randy is an amateur racer and won the Viper Shootout drag racing competition a few years ago.

While being an Agel team member has been very rewarding financially, there is much more to it than that. Randy is a philanthropist, supporting many causes. His favorite part of the Agel business is seeing the growth and accomplishments of his team. Randy was Agel’s first Triple Diamond Director, but he has no intention of stopping there. “I will continue to build, because it’s an integral part of who I am,” says Randy. “I believe if you’re not living up to your potential you are missing the mark. So if I’m not moving up Agel’s compensation plan then I’m not living up to my potential; and if I’m not helping others get to the levels they want to be, I’m not living up to my potential, either.
